Accepted Returns (Unopened Products)
We accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase, only if the original seal is intact and unopened. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Physical Damage: Photo Evidence Required
If your product arrives with physical damage (e.g., cracks, breaks, dents, leaks, or any visible defect), please contact us immediately. To process a damage claim, you must provide:
- Clear photographic evidence showing the damage
- Photos should include the product, the damaged area, and the original packaging if possible
Once we review the photos, we will determine if a replacement, refund, or credit is appropriate.

- Products with broken seals (unless damaged during shipping, with photo proof)
- Items showing signs of use, tampering, or missing parts
